Review – 6 months at PRECOGIT

It’s hard to believe that I’ve been with PRECOGIT for half a year now and 2022 is coming to an end.

At the beginning of my journey at PRECOGIT, I found it exciting to learn about a new type of company. Previously, I have only worked in large corporations and medium-sized companies, but I have never been part of a start-up.

As a mother of two children, the flexible working hours and the digital and relaxed working environment are particularly positive for me. Thanks to PRECOGIT, I have the opportunity to advance my career but still be there for my children. The balancing act between family and career is made much easier for me thanks to the open and honest communication in the team.

I also find the independent work important that is expected and encouraged, because this creates the necessary freedom to do good work and develop valuable ideas. Together as a team, we can shape the company and form the visions for the future. There are also no fixed procedures as in large corporations, which is why ideas or suggestions for improvement are implemented immediately after consultation with the team, without a lot of bureaucracy.

In my opinion, the Beta Codex philosophy practiced in the company is essential for a successful future. The seriously pursued self-organization and consistent decentralization lead to the fact that we are adaptive and flexible and constantly evolve. We share the tasks based on our expertise, which is why the issues are dealt with successfully and with great motivation.

I’m excited about what the future holds and I’m really looking forward to 2023. It’s important that work is fun and fulfilling because, after all, you spend a large part of your life at work. That’s why I’m very grateful and happy to be part of the company and the team.
